By accessing or using KlugSuite (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KlugSuite.

KlugSuite provides an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform including inventory management, order processing, supplier management, and related business tools. We continually evolve our features and may update, modify, or discontinue aspects of the Service with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service's operation
• Using the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Scraping or automated data collection without authorization

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. KlugSuite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
